The Model 840 is designed for use with the CANNON BALL EXPRESS & ORIENT EXPRESS Train Horns or any high-pressure horns that require an onboard air system. Designed with a special extended tank 5.5 liter and a heavy duty, high volume compressor. Will sound the CANNON BALL EXPRESS horn for ten seconds of continuous sound. The Model 840 is a simple two-piece air supply system consisting of a metal storage tank, compressor, 10 ft. of Ľ" air hose, brass fittings and mounting hardware. The TURBO compressor is balanced an has heavy rubber bushings in it's mounting base to virtually eliminate all vibration and the tank has a built-in pressure regulator to maintain 110 psi in the tank.

Wolo has designed the Orient Express Horn to be smaller in size so to fit into engine compartment's that have less open space. The Model 810 and the Model 815 offer the same powerful roof mount horn. These models only differ in the way they are activated: Model 810 electric solenoid and Model 815 lanyard. Both models of Challenger come complete with a maintenance free on board air system. Each of the kits include everything that is needed to install on any 12 volt vehicle: a deluxe roof mounted horn that is all metal with triple chrome plated trumpets, heavy duty compressor, tank, hoses, mounting hardware, and instructions.
