NEXGEN, 8504 series LED light kits are designed for easy installation into a vehicle’s composite headlight and taillight. The power supply has a state-of-the-art microprocessor, field proven to provide years of dependable service. There are fifteen (15) advanced flash patterns to choose from, with the touch of a button on the control panel provided. Each LED head has eight (8) omni-directional one (1) watt GEN 3 LEDs that are encapsulated for moisture and road vibration protection. The LED heads easily install into a 1” hole, which is drilled into the light assemblies. The rubber gasket provided, will ensure a watertight seal. The kit includes a heavy-duty four-outlet power supply with an operating voltage of 12–24 VDC, four super bright LED heads with 6” wire lead and locking connector, four cables to connect the LED heads to the power supply, switch control panel, mounting hardware and easy to follow installation instructions. NEXGEN will provide performance that emergency responders demand. LED heads are available with clear lens and omni-directional colored LEDs: clear, amber, blue and red, see model numbers below.

Model 8504-PS is the same power supply used with all NEXGEN 8504 series LED hide-away kits. When a reliable heavy-duty LED power supply is needed, Model 8504-PS is the choice of professionals. There are four outlets that produce up to 40-watts of power. Engineered with a field proven microprocessor that is state-of-the-art so to provide years of dependable service. Mounting of the power supply is easy securing with four screws, provided. There are fifteen (15) advanced flash patterns to choose from, which is controlled with the touch of a button from the control panel provided. Model 8504-PS has an operating voltage of 12-24 VDC. The heavy-duty power supply has a state-of-the-art microprocessor, field proven to provide years of dependable service. Choose from fifteen (15) different advanced flash patterns with the touch of a button from the control panel provided. Each LED head has eight (8) omni-directional one (1) watt GEN 3 LEDs that are encapsulated to protect the circuit board from moisture and road vibration. The LED heads easily install into a 1” hole, which is drilled into the light assemblies. The rubber gaskets included with the kit ensure that the each LED head has a watertight seal. All NEXGEN PLUS models include a heavy-duty six-outlet power supply that has an operating voltage of 12–24 VDC, six super bright LED heads with 6” wire lead and locking connector, six cables to connect the LED heads to the power supply, switch control panel, mounting hardware and easy to follow installation instruction. NEXGEN PLUS is the perfect choice for any fire/rescue, police, ambulance or construction vehicle that requires a powerful warning light. Wolo’s LED heads are designed to work with all NEXGEN & NEXGEN PLUS series power supplies. Each model head has a clear outer lens and eight (8) internal GEN 3 / 1-watt LEDs that are omni-directional, super bright and in your choice of colors. The LED head installs into a 1” hole that is drilled into the headlight, taillight or front corner composite light assembly. Provided with each head is a heavy rubber gasket to ensure a watertight fit. Designed to be totally maintenance free, all models are encapsulated to protect against road vibration, moisture and comes with a 6” wire lead and connector plug.

Make connections between NEXGEN power supply and LED head with
our heavy duty cable. The cable is available in two lengths: 3
meters / 9.8 ft. or 5 meters / 16.4 ft. in length. Both cables come
complete with Wolo's standard connectors for easy connection to the LED
head and power supply.

The Model 8170 is the same switch control panel used with all Wolo-Lightning and NEXGEN models. The switch control panel has a dual function, turn on/off the hide away lights and with a touch of the button select the flash pattern. Mounting is simple by using double face tape or with screws for permanent mounting, (both tape and screws provided). Comes complete with all needed connectors and inline fuse which are factory assembled ready to plug into your LIGHTNING or NEXGEN power supply.
